| Qualifications: | - B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
- Good experience in at least one of Microsoft SQL, Access, or Oracle to be able to inspect data by queries.
- Good understanding of UML is a must (use cases, class diagrams…).
- Knowledge about CMMI.
- Knowledge and/or experience using software engineering test tools, performance and automation testing tools
- Issuing and monitoring corrective actions regarding quality
- Energy and desire to deliver high-quality software on tight schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster customer and team relationships
- Ensure goals are set to allow staff to develop and grow within the organization
- Provide leadership to the team and enable team members to make informed decisions
